It wasn’t clean at all, the room door was broken, shower was terrible, even can’t take shower because the barrier glass and the shower had water goes directly to the wall and you can’t adjust. It’s was worst hotel that i have been seen I already didn’t stay and the hotel manager didn’t refund me I just left

Öncelikle web sayfasındaki hiç bir görüntü şu anda mevcut değil. Otelin bir zamanlar 4 yıldızı varmış; ancak tümünü Bakanlık silmiş. Sıcak su sorunu var. İki asansör de bozuk, bu nedenle 6. kattan merdivenlerden inmek zorunda kaldım. Aslında kapanmak üzere bir otel görüntüsü veriyor. Zaten fiyatın bu kadar uygun olması da beni kuşkulandırmıştı. Olumsuz bir deneyim
Reservasyon yaptığım oda verilmedi ,oda görüldükten sonra resepsiyona ilettim fakat resimli reserv odanın lux olduğu gösterilmesine rağmen bu konuda çocuk kandırır gibi cevap ile geçiştirildi,oda da aydınlatma arızalı bildirim yapıldı fakat müdahale edilmedi,,tv kanalları sıfır hiçbir kanal çekmiyor en önemlisi oda kapısı dil arkası önceden kırılmış yarım tutmakta güvensiz…çözüm odaklı yaklaşım yapılmamıştır.
